Seoul is where this rule has already been broken. World capital of digital art and gaming. The exact intersection where pixels become rituals, where code becomes culture. We land there for the celebration of the 125th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Belgium and Korea. Two cultures built on mixing, not on borders.
